Love MUSC! Only hospital I would take my children to and MUSC women’s health at this location is the best place for prenatal care! They will take care of you and your little ones like there own. Dr. Gretchen is amazing! We love her!

The word to show how thankful I am to the entire staff at MUSC hasn’t been thought of yet! Every single staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing short of amazing! From the administrative staff, to all the janitorial staff, techs, nurses, and doctors, everyone has been fantastic and makes me trust the care I’m getting there wholeheartedly. I was born here, and am now currently undergoing Oncology treatment here. I was recently undergoing treatment at Emory University in Atlanta and they were the worst organization I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t care about their patients and they made it so obvious they didn’t care about me. It took me a week to just contact my doctor, but in that timeframe while being seen at MUSC, I saw my doctor who did a biopsy, and referred me to oncology the same day. The next day Oncology called me for an appointment and within that same appointment I was able to get scheduled for surgery and all necessary testing and post-op appointments. All the while still waiting on just a callback from my doctor at Emory. Because I am so thankful for the amazing care I received I’ve decided to become part of the organization. I am a Registered Nurse and I work in the Operating Room and as soon as I’m done getting my own surgery and chemo treatments, I look forward to delivering the same excellent care to my patients. Thank you all! Before this I honestly lost faith in healthcare system. I believed that hospitals only truly cared about the revenue generated and lost site of the patients. This experience had restored that and the reason why I became a nurse in the first place. From the bottom of my heart, TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT MUSC -THANK YOU. YOU ARE ALL HEROES!!!

A Friend flew down from Minnesota to have a pineal cyst removed by Dr. Patel. She had researched this quite well and found he was the best. Her husband was allowed to stay in the private room with her. They were very happy with the surgery, Dr. Patel, his staff, and their whole experience with MUSC Hospital. The rooms had a small fridge, private bathroom, and sleeper sofa in addition to what you expect of any hospital room.

I'll take y'all over Trident anytime. Trident dumped me out the back of an ambulance almost killed me at an old residence in another county without contacting any family. I guess the neighbors how my family found me wondering around the vacant house.
